In tech class, we learned about about all of the rules. These are extremely important, if you don’t follow them you can get seriously hurt. For example, the guy who did not tie his hair back. His hair got tied up and at to be cut off to get the machine back. We learned the the best progress is when you take it slow and think about what you are about to do. Science shows that rushing in doing something, is not as effective as taking it slow and taking deep breaths. Talking when using the machines make a distractiction which can hurt someone I learned that safety is extremly important.
