Technology hunt around house

I looked inside and outside and found some things such as: a pencil, an eraser, paper, cardboard, hot glue gun, aa water bottle, wax, and scissors.

5th technology blog post

At home this week because of the corona virus, me and my family went  to Vermont to go skiing for the week. So once they announced  that there was no school we started packing and ended up leaving to go to Vermont on Wednesday. The worse part about going there is the car ride which is 4 hours long with no traffic, but since the coronavirus not many people were driving around on the highway, so it was a really short ride compared to the usual 4 hours it was a only 2! Then I skied with my family for 5 days and it was so fun! I got to ski with my brother and sister, and we had a great time. Then we had to leave the house we rent in Vermont for good, so we packed the car including everything we had there like our skies and much more. So since I seat in the back of the car I couldn’t see anything and also you cant see out of the back window. The car was fully packed it felt like we couldn’t put anything else in. After packing we drove home it was the usual 4 hours but it wasn’t to bad.

2nd technology blog post

During the second week of technology we used the hand planner. It’s is used to make wood flat and straight so the wood is not on an angle. You are supposed to hold the hand planner by the knob at the front with one hand, and the other hand on the back. When you use it it shaves off the wood into little curls. Also this week we planned and designed a box.

Getting Bob back #2

So after we found Bob under the air vent wen made him a sister that is named bobette. So bob and bobette are sisters. Then there is bob the sloth which is bob and bobette’s dad, and bob the sloth lives on top of the drill press with bob and bobette in his arms.

Getting bob back #1

We had a lucky charm for our class. It was a bear his name was bob the bear.Then one day we lost him and we couldn’t find him. So we put up posters all over the schools. Then finally we found him. We found him a week after he was lost. Bob was found under a air vent.

Starting My Automata

We started a new unit this week. we are making automata you need to make gears using sharp knives use hot glue guns drill presses and other dangerous mechanics. You have to make something like if you turn a Handel something happens on top. Whatever your design is.

Building my Switch

We needed to make three switches. So I made two it did take some time. Then finally the last one I just started to make stuff. Then I realized that this could work as a switch so I made another switch and finished at the last day. I was so proud f myself.
