Hello and welcome back to the Cameron Chronicles. Today I will be talking about interviewing a pastry chef for my capstone project. The pastry chef that I interviewed name was Angela Pace and she works at the restaurant called Eleven Madison Park in New York City. I interviewed her in Madison Square Park and she told me about time management and how she comes up with her ideas, like, chocolate and goats milk, and cherries and corn (she actually came up with the idea cherries and corn in a dream and then wrought in down.

She also told me how she handles everything in the kitchen. She inspires me to be creative with my baking and add in all my ideas. To know more about my Capstone project, read my next Capstone blog post.
