In this project, i used a sweater and a balloon to move a piece of foil in a glass. I think that the foil moved because the balloon was negatively charged. From what i remember from a simulation, when i rubbed the virtual ballon on the virtual sweater, the ballon was negatively charged. The foil must have moved because it is negatively charged or positively charged. Opposites attract and two of a kind repel.
