This week I have been working on my box. After I have made my cardboard model it was time to measure. It took 2 classes to measure out the wood since the lines weren’t always straight. After I thought my lines were straight I got it checked to see if I was ready to cut. My lines were all the correct measurements so I was able to cut with the box saw. I did all of my cross cuts so then it was time to the rip cuts. I used the bandsaw to rip cut. I thought that it was really easy to use. My lines were mostly straight. Once all of my wood was cut I assembled my box to see if all the measurements worked out. I realized that the front and back were taller so I had to cut them down. After I cut them down all my measurements were correct.
