Immigration Blogpost 3

Creating the video was pretty hard. I had to use the information I had and tell it in my way, that was the easy part. The hard part was choosing the correct photos that would match what I was saying. I think it was the hardest part of the project. The narration was taking a long time. I did all I could to finish the script. Then I put it in the video.

I was making the video and I ran into a lot of problems. Like my narration. I tried to make it sound good, but its hard to make me at 6pm sound like me at 1:30. I also had trouble with the images. I only had so many to choose from! The video making was hard, long but fun!

Immigration Blogpost 2

The next thing I had to do is interview her. The requirement of questions was 10 and max was 15, so I did eleven. My questions were generally about how she felt about her immigration. So I prepared my questions and planned my interview. Then I finally got to my interview!

My interview was just as I expected. I asked the questions than she answers the questions I wrote the answers down and that was it basically. I learned that an interviewer does have a very hard job. They have to spend a lot of time thinking up questions, which puts even more work into a news tv show. I think I did a good job with my interview

Immigrant Project Blog post 1

Getting ready for the immigration project went fast. We had to (1), choose an immigrant that we know to interview. 2 we had to think up 10-15 questions to ask that person, then 3, write this blog post. The immigrant I am interviewing my babysitter, Nancy who immigrated from the Philippines. I would love to know how she felt about coming how she got to being our babysitter.

Next I had to think of my questions. I decided to base them on what she felt and her chooses I chose my questions and later wrote them down straining to remember them, and I did remember the 11 questions I am doing. I am ready for my interview and I will get ready. Then finish this project.
