Reflecting on Rube Goldberg

When we were first given the assignment we thought that it wouldn’t be so hard but it was. We first met and couldn’t come up with anything. We had to steps which we didn’t end up using and we could barely find an idea. We came up with one and we stuck with it. We tried to meet again and this time it was more successful. We got a genius idea of having two paths so that we would have two chances of having it work. We worked on our plan over facetime and got it done. We then asked Mrs. Edwards if we could work on it at lunch recess. We needed time because our schedules didn’t work. We had a huge success we got half of our rube Goldberg done. We did the next meeting and we tried it out altogether for the first time. We didn’t have a success but we still got to try it out. We met the next day and it didn’t work. We didn’t meet for a long time and then we met for the last time and it worked! We were so excited and we realized that we were done. It didn’t feel as good as I thought it would. I didn’t really think that the whole project was over. We finished our video and were done.

That is our final video. Overall I really enjoyed the Rube Golberg project!

  1. I liked how you explained your feelings. I also liked how you gave an overall layout of your process, that was very interesting. Sorry I couldn’t watch any of your videos. You could have either made the ending more interesting or added more.
