I am doing a project called capstone. If you want to catch-up on what I am talking about, look at my last blog post by clicking this link. Now let’s get to the point. This is my answer to my main inquiry question. To see it click this link. But this was not so easy to do. What I did to make an essay about answering my main inquiry question. I went to my research information to find out what the answer was and found out the three main ways that are the answers to my main inquiry question. Now that I knew the answers I just had to write them down in an essay format. I did the introduction then the body paragraphs and so on. The hardest part about my essay was actually creating a hook for my introduction. When I was finished with that, what I needed to do was get feedback from my classmates to make my essay better. And this helped me A LOT! They told me some things I can add and some things I don’t need or some things that I can make even better. Then I was ready to show it to my teacher to get it approved and she said it was approved. So now I can start my script. The script was what I was going to say In my final project. And for the final project there were three options: TEDTalk, Ignite, and Wevideo. I chose TEDTalk. How TEDTalk worked was it could be 3-5 minutes long and you could change the slide whenever you wanted. Making the script was A LOT easier than I expected it to be because the essay helped a lot. Then when I finished writing the script I needed to time myself saying it to see if it was between 3 and 5 minutes and it was. But then when I rehearsed in-front of someone it was 5 minutes and 30 seconds so I needed to take some stuff out to make it shorter and it worked. What I did next was memorize my script and the funny thing is when I went to memorize my script I had already memorized it. So what I had to do next was put together my slides with images and this did not take long. And now I was ready to rehearse my Capstone. The first time I did it in front of my class I was very nervous. When I finished they gave me some good feedback on how I can make it better. So I took that feedback and changed my presentation. Then I rehearsed in front of some of my classmates to get feedback and I did the same process, get the feedback then change my presentation. So I rehearsed in-front of my class again and my teacher said I was very close to finishing. Then with some more rehearsing my teachers said I was done.
