Pollo a la Brasa Misti Restaurant

Today, we went to the Polla a la Brasa Misti Restuarant. We got to try all types of Peruvian food. We had lomo saltado, pollo saltado, salad, pescado (fish), and tallarin de saltado. My favorite type of food was the lomo saltado and the tallarin de saltado. The lomo saltado consisted of french fires and steak. The tallarin de saltado consisted of pasta and steak which was super good. Also the pollo saltado consisted of chicken and fries. When we first got there, everybody filed into their seats. We first were greeted by the waiters and gave us chicha morada which is a Peruvian drink, it was super delicious. The goal when we were that was that we had to speak as much Spanish as possible. So when they gave us we would respond back to them in Spanish. After the chicha morada, we were greeted with salad and rolls. Then, we had lomo saltado, then the pollo saltado, then pescado, then the tallarin de saltado. All the food at Pollo a la Brasa Misti was super good and it was a great experience as a field trip and a great Spanish class experience.
