This year I will be doing a lot of community service work. I will be helping at an after school program which will also be my capstone and helping my teacher Mr. Braise money for his charity 33birds.  I will be helping Mr. B raise money by helping other kids make tye dyes, Helping with a tag sale, making cards and other things as well. Almost all of the money we make will be going toward building two gaga pits in underprivileged communities.

I recently went to a meeting where someone named Danny discussed what we can do to help his idea take form. His idea of building the gaga pits had many issues that were talked about during the meeting. We also talked about Danny’s plan. Danny said we were going split up into working then pick a location. Once it was built we wouldn’t just leave it we would organize tournaments and dates to check if anything needed to be replaced.

As I said before our class is hoping to build two pits at two different locations. I think that what we are doing is very important because gaga is a game that helps bring people together. People of all ages and all abilities. Danny also choose gaga use he wants to bring kids from different communities together to play, and gaga doesn’t take so long so if you are in a rush you can still play one game. Gaga is such a great game for so many different reasons. That is why i am so excited to help kids have the chance to play.

I will be blogging soon. Bye.
