Capstone #3

On Thursday, May 16th, I interviewed Larry J. 3 who is a troubleshooter. The interview was on a phone call and I didn’t have any interview questions ready. My teacher called Netflix Headquarters to schedule an interview. Someone answered and it ended up being a Customer Service guy, Larry. He said he was ready to do the interview then, so I gathered my sub questions and main question. The interview helped me a lot because now, I have more research on each of my questions. I was really nervous because I wasn’t prepared at all and everybody else in the classroom was watching me talk to him on the phone. While I was asking my questions and he was answering, the class’s senior option intern wrote some notes and his answers. From this interview, I learned that you want to ask clear and understandable questions for them to answer.
