The book Only One You reminds me of the Michael Jackson song, “Heal the World”.

 

Some messages that I learned from the book are:

 

  • Be a leader.
  • They are giving Adri advice for life and what to do when he is older.
  • You can do anything if you try.
  • Enjoy what you have before it is gone.
  • Everyone is different in some ways.
  • Make the world a better place.
  • Do what you can if you can’t keep trying. 
  • Think positive not negative.
  • Have a happy life.
  • Keep learning to get smarter.
  • Have a good life not a bad one.
  • Smile and have a lot of fun.
  • Do what you believe in.
  • Make friends.
  • Try.
  • Don’t give up.
  • Never give up.

Stargirl

In class we are reading a book called ”Stargirl”. In Stargirl it is hard for her at the school because she is the only enthusiastic one. She sings happy birthday to every one. She doesn’t write her name when she give gifts. She made so many people come to the football game and there is usually 15 people. She where’s  a dress to school. sadly she has no friends. At lunch sits next to her. then one day she goes up to Leo and touches his ear and say’s he’s cute.I think she gave Leo the tie that he collects
