Colonial America pt 1 Overview

We are doing colonial america we are in groups of eight. I am in southern colony we picked jobs. We made a charter about rules for are colony. My job is a slave. The three colony groups were New England, southern and Middle. I picked southern because I was interested in it because I wanted to be a slave. I wanted to learn about them. I think about this project that it is fun and are teacher is not helping us she is letting do what we can. She will give us bad weather to try and stop us. Are group work is hard because we argue a lot. there is a lot of yelling and screaming. My group disagree’s about everything.

The book Only One You reminds me of the Michael Jackson song, “Heal the World”.

Some messages that I learned from the book are:

Colonial America Pt – Persona

We have been learning about Colonial America in class. We are doing backstories. In my backstory my name Paul. I am from England. My parents died when I was two. My grandpa raised me until I went to the southern colony. I am a slave I work in the big house. I also can work on the farm to get the crops for them and to harvest. I clean the house. I help with the cloths. I cook for them. I sleep there and I do what I am told. I am very good friends with the blacksmith, indentured servant and the soldier.

Stargirl

In class we are reading a book called ”Stargirl”. In Stargirl it is hard for her at the school because she is the only enthusiastic one. She sings happy birthday to every one. She doesn’t write her name when she give gifts. She made so many people come to the football game and there is usually 15 people. She where’s a dress to school. sadly she has no friends. At lunch sits next to her. then one day she goes up to Leo and touches his ear and say’s he’s cute.I think she gave Leo the tie that he collects

When I went to Nantucket the only thing we wanted to do was go to the beach when we got to the my brother wanted to dig a hole in he sand and but me in I got in. There was so much sand on me I wanted to break out and jump in he did not let me. He was done so I getting out I got me arm out I was trying and trying didn’t get any thing else out so he helped me. we Jumped in the water my ad said lets go to the sand bar we went it was shallow so we raced then we saw people using a bucket to catch fish they caught a lot of small fish and 4 big fish and a small crab. My younger brother wanted to try we didn’t get a fish so my dad said they saw a big crab. My dad was so close to getting the we lost we saw it again then my dad caught it. It was a big fat crab we were going to find every one to show them they were like what is that. I said it is a crab we let it go I thought after that day I was never going to catch a crab again so far I never did. It was a amazing day at the beach.

Plants Day 2

The plants for control are tall one is 11 cm tall it is green has 7 yellow flowers. It grew a lot from the start and now it use to be small now it is tall now there are flowers. The Manipulated is short there is only one plant it is short it is green it is one and a half. I think the manipulated shrunk because the rocks were absorb the water so the plant can not get enough water.

Plants Day 1

If I change the soil to rocks I think the roots will not absorb the water. The roots can’t go down to the bottom and thats where water goes. My control plant is tall green has a few flowers and around 44 buds. Are manipulated has a few dead and is short. The first week was interesting because we did not know how it would look in a a few days and we planted are plant. when we measured the plants on manipulated the plants were like 1 cm. on controlled the plants were 3cm. it was turning green some were others were not. control is better than manipulated because right now there are flowers and it is really green and tall on manipulated it is not as green short no flowers.

Technology is something human made and makes life easier to solve problems for example objects help people make things and all other things

Sticky notes is technology because instead of taping, gluing and stapling things to the wall

It helps stick things to the wall , can be a book mark and it helps people put down notes to remember things you can write what ever you need to do. Sticky notes help with a lot of things you need it sticks to things.

Sticky notes improved on helping more people do things it is really helpful it was a good idea to make sticky notes and it is better than writing a little bit it is easier to write on sticky notes

Expert Book – Football

I am chose this topic because Football is one of my favorite sports. We had tom organize are chapters we wrote are books and did google slides . I enjoyed putting pictures and writing the book . The things that were challenging are most pictures were trash.
