NO HOMEWORK TONIGHT!

BUT REMEMBER WE WANT TO BE WELL-PREPARED FOR TOMORROW’S ELA EXAM:

  1. GO TO SLEEP EARLY! ( I TOLD YOU WHAT THE RESEARCH SAYS ABOUT RESTED BRAINS)
  2. TRY BREATHING EXERCISES/ LIGHT READING TO HELP YOU RELAX.
  3. EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST BUT NOTHING NEW ON “RACE DAY!” (NO SNACK BEFORE/DURING THE TEST).
  4. BE ON TIME TO SCHOOL!
  5. REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE WORKED HARD TO PREPARE FOR “RACE DAY.”

    RELAX…YOU WILL BE GOLDEN!!
