- TRY BREATHING EXERCISES/ LIGHT READING TO HELP YOU RELAX.
- EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST BUT NOTHING NEW ON “RACE DAY!” (NO SNACK BEFORE/DURING THE TEST).
- BE ON TIME TO SCHOOL!
- REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE WORKED HARD TO PREPARE FOR “RACE DAY.”
