Capstone

For Capstone this week we are working on research, finding site visits, and finding interviews. Capstone is a big project that all the fifth graders do at the end of the year. We chose a topic that we like. mine is the evolution of animation. First your teacher says if the topic is okay or if  you need to pick a new one. Then once you have your topic you start finding books and websites to help you research. Still researching you start to find site visits and interviews and that is the stage we’re at now. By about the end of the year you have tri-fold with all of your research and pictures on it and artifacts. For my capstone you will hear about animated classics such as Oswald the Lucky Bunny, Felix The Cat, and Mickey Mouse. You will be surprised by how similar all three characters are to each other.

What are human rights

Welcome to my blog. I will talk about what human rights are. Human rights are the rights of the people. These show that everyone should be equal. No matter your amount of money, race, religion, or back round information. One of my favorite human rights are ” You’re always innocent until proven guilty.” I like this one because it proves you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover. You judge by facts, just because some one looks harmful they can be completely innocent but make sure to stay cautious.
