I did the how gold clubs are made. First they put hot wax into a mold then they cut the extra off to just have the wax and they cast mold and put it in liquid ceramic material four times around. It hardens and then they form the shelf. Then the make metal heads from steel bars. They melt it and after five hours then the hammer breaks the mold then they put the shaft on the club and when they make the shaft they use a computer that tells the technician what changes to make make. This was a interesting topic to learn about.
Tech blog post (week 7)
In, week 7 I was home because I was all virtual so I couldn’t do any of my cutting in class. So I followed along in class and we did some Nearpods. It is taking me longer then everyone because I couldn’t cut for a week but I think I will get back on track.
Tech week 6 blog post
This week in tech we started constructing our projects. Cutting wood and it was a little more difficult then I anticipated. For my design I had to cut little circles for the camera of the iPhone and it was a little difficult to make the circles circular. I also had to adjust my measurements but I still need to cut more pieces.

This week in tech we are focusing on our mini projects I have decided to change my mini project to a iPhone 11pro. I am hoping it turns out nicely. I am using the milter joint. It should be fun to construct it.Is doing the front and back. This is a diagram of it.
Tech Week 3 blog post
For the blog post it was a topic of our choice. I decided to talk about building mini houses like doll houses. I have always wanted to build a mini house. They look so fun and painting it and designing it looks so fun also to build it. I think it would be a fun group activity. I really hope I will be able to make one of these.
Tech week 2 blog post
For our first blog post we watched three videos. The first video was about people who cut trees for a living but it’s extremely dangerous. The first video actually had a man speaking meanwhile the last two didn’t have any voice, only music. The second video was about the same trees but with newer technology, and the third video was about cutting tree bark. They are all retaliated because they all share a common topic about trees.

Starting off our fantasy unit I wanted to read a book that wasn’t like in an alternate universe because that would totally confuse me. I wanted to read something that started on earth and into two worlds. I decided for my first book to read the book I am princess X and I totally love that. It started off on earth And they were two characters and a bunch of other people but the two main characters with me and Libby they were best friends until Libby and her mom drove off a bridge into the water and sadly died so it was very sad for me to go through that in three years later she might do some investigating before Libby died her and may made a comic called I am princess X and I’m not done with the book but may started finding some clues about it and now the comic book is coming to life because she found a website that somebody found Maye and Livys comic book and now Maye has a theory that Libby might be alive. Still have more to go in the book but I’m almost done so I can’t wait to see what happens. Fantasy isn’t my favorite topic but I think I might be able to see it in a different way after this book.

The researching took me a little longer then I thought, so I am just concluded it. I am a little behind, but I think I will start my final project soon. I have plenty of ideas on what to do for the first couple pages, and the title cover and I can’t wait the get started.

I have researched a little more and I think I might be close to almost done. My mom helped me come up with my sub questions, and I am having so much fun, trying to answer them. I like to put the question in a different font and then make it bigger, then under it is the answer to the subquestion, in a different font then that and a smaller font size. I can’t wait to start my final project soon!

I have been researching now for a little less then a week and so far I have been using boxes and bullets. In the boxes are my sub questions, and in the bullets are the answers to my subquestions. I also decided to put a little description of most makeup idems. Most of them are quotes, from websites. Overall, so far the project has been going well and I can’t wait to research more, and then finally get to my final project.
