So In my class right now we are doing a project called capstone and it is basically a research project that the rest of the school year. For the past few weeks, my class has been talking about what we should do for our Capstone project. I was having a hard time figuring out what I wanted to do but finally my mom suggested that for my project, I should do it on chipotle. I thought it was a CRAZY idea, but when I thought about it, it made sense. I thought about how I could reason on the sales, and the comparisons of chipotle and some other fast food restaurant, Mcdonalds for example, and also research on the fonders and see all the struggles they had to face to get to this point.
