picture this you have a piece of trash that you think goes in the recylcing. Later you find out that it isn’t supossed to go their so without thinking you put it in the trash. Soon you find out that there is a place for you to put it but you just can’t be bothered. I am here to tell you why that does have an affect on the planet. for example that one piece of plastic in the trash will mess up the burning step of burning the trash. This small piece will effect the whole group of trash.

I think the main thing that has always kept me interested me is TV’s. You are probably thinking that is a weird thing to find interesting. But what I like about it is how they are so organized and pretty much always functioning.

Today, I will be answering question #1. I think that if that land wasn’t used for trees it would have many purposes. For example, it could be used for crops, they could farm on it due to all of the natural resources. You could also use it to make a town, because it is just so big.

This is going to be a very rushed blog post but I will try by best. So in tech with Mr Calvert, we are working on boxes and I am really behind. It all started when, I first made my box and it was really good (well that’s what I thought) anyway so I was about to start my design and I had lost my box, I was kinda mad but there was no point of being mad so I made another box and as soon as I had started my box again I lost it. At this piont I was very mad at myself for being so forgetful. Don’t forget that most people are almost done with there box, and we only had three more days left of the quarter. I was stressed, so I told Mr Calvert and he made another one I was super happy so I finished my box and I put it in my drawer, and next class it was gone! I was really fuming, and I had one class to finished I finished at the last minute!

Finnaly the day has come I finished my flashlight in tech (with Mr Calvert.) It has taken me a long time but I finished I really like the look of it. If you had told me yesterday that I had finished my flashlight I would have not believed you, but today was so important I salterd and I decorated in one day, which is a lot of work for me. After that I had Mr Calvert take a picture of my diagram and my flashlight. After he had done that I realized that it had taken me too quickly and it didn’t seem right so I looked inside of my flasshlight and I realized that I had messed up the slturing so I had to re sulter which took awhile but it was finally complete I was very proud of my self and I was happy to have such a nice teacher. All in all I thought making the flashlight was really fun and exiting and I cant wait till we start our next unit!

A few days ago in tech with Mr Calvert we leanrned all about the tragedy of the soccer team in thiland and he told us we need to make flashlights and we have to draw its out and every thing more info on that in another blogpost, anyway I finned all of the molding par at the it came to making the switch. He taught us about how to set up the switch and I am really mad at myself because I dint really pay attention. But little did I know that, that lesson was very important, so when I got to my circuit I saw REALLY confused. I came to a conclusion that I had to come off clean and tell Mr Calvert I didn’t pay attention and I need help, and he was chill about it! So he taught me all the steps and he told me what to do and if it wasn’t for that I would be in a bad situation.

I’n class the other day we learned about somthing pretty cool. It was an. About how google have just finished making the car that controls it self. It Is was cooler than it sounds there is a camera inside the screen that if there is a stop sighn or a traffic light the car can detect it with a special device google made. Mr Calvert our really nice tecnology teacher told that google is saying the google car or drivel’s Car will be out by 2025 so by the time I will be able to drive. Unlike some cars that only have selfless parking, all the driver will have to do is put were they are going into the navigation and press a button and they will be off. All in all I think this car is AWESOME and I cant wait till its on roads.

For the past 2 days we have been learning about the periodic table. I mean I don’t no too much about it yet but all I know is I have so many questions. What dose something in the periodic table look like is it a bunch of gass or is it something that we cant see, Mr Calvert said to us there is something in the periodic table that scientist only saw it for 90 mila seconds. Also how do scientists decide that the certain thing is going into the perdotic table like do they ask the government or do they just say “this is going in”. But so far it is very cool.

 

Lately in class we’ve been learning about some pretty crazy things. First we learned about rare earth magnets, and they are way way way cooler than you would guess we got they are shaped like a hole pizza and there are five of them stuck together. He told us to take them apart, we couldn’t do it we felt like taking Thor’s hammer out of the ground! After many fails mr Calvert told us to just twist them apart and they slipped off just like that. Then we tested them out for a while and they were so powerful. Next we have have atoms and before I had started tech I was quite clueless about them. We are still learning about them so I don’t have to much info yet but, when we walked in to class we went on his slideshow and he told us to draw an atom. He told us there is no right or wrong answer. So I gave it my best shot and  mine looked like a bunch of scribbles, but everyone’s was different. There was this one girl in my class and she wrote an arrow saying do you see it and it was facing a white screen and Mr Calvert had said that she was write because atoms are so small you can only see them under a microscope.
