When I wrote my Colonial Book I learned a lot. I had fun reading books and websites. I choose punishment because I thought it might be interesting to learn what kind of punishments they had in colonial times. It was also interesting to compare punishments then and now. I learned a lot about not only colonial punishment but also making slideshows and putting it on my blog. It was over all a great experience. I hope I do it again sometime.
Aside from doing colonial books we did Colonial day. We dressed up in colonial clothes and ate colonial food.We learned how to do candle making. We also learned about silversmiths and stenciling.
We just finished our unit on colonial life. We all had to pick a topic to research. I picked Colonial Punishment. Enjoy!
