Hello, peeps! My name is Matan. This is my first blog ever and I am very excited! This is going to be the best blog ever! I live in Scarsdale, New York and I have the cutest dog in the world, a sister who is 12, and a brother who is almost 5. Of course, I have parents as well. I speak fluent English, and fluent Hebrew. I have a ton of friends! The three best things that I do in life are: Sports, sports and most of all… sports. I love sports! That’s basically all I do! So, let’s see me!

In school, my favorite subject is social studies. We just finished a Colonial essay. It was my favorite unit of the year so far! I am so looking forward to the American Revolution unit. I think my best subject is math. Everyone says that to me! “Matan, you should give me a math lesson!” my friends say to me. Even though it isn’t my favorite, I agree. Math is my best subject!

I love my family. We go on vacation trips together. Soon, we’re going to Paris! I am so excited! My dog is the best dog in the world. He rolls around and he’s playful. I would say he’s a fluff ball! ow, on to the greatest thing ever invented – sports!

I play three sports. One of them is lacrosse. I really like lacrosse! My teammates call me Mad Dog because I don’t lose energy that much and I sprint the whole game. Lacrosse is really fun. The main reason is that everyone that plays is different in some way, which is interesting. Even though they have a ton of differences, they all share one thing in common, kindness. Kindness, is the main reason that I play lacrosse.

Another one of the sports that I play is soccer. I love soccer! In the game of soccer, I think that you don’t need to think to be a good player. That is why almost every country has an international soccer club. Why do I think that you don’t have to think when you play soccer? Well, that’s easy. When you shoot or pass, what do you have to do? Kick the ball! Tell me, what else do you have to do? The reason that I like soccer, is because you just play.

My favorite sport, out of all the sports that I play, well, if you know me, there’s no doubt that you know the answer, it’s basketball! Half of the world plays basketball! That half, can turn into a whole. I like basketball. I’m part of the half that play. I’ll like it even more in the future, when the whole world plays the best sport in the world!
