Feature Article Podcast Reflection

I really enjoyed this feature article podcast project, even though there were some things that I didn’t really like. One thing I really liked about it was the music that we got to put in it for the intro and outro. One thing that I didn’t really like about it though was that it took me so long to record because of a lot of other people were using the microphone and box before me. I also had to re-record a lot because of some mistakes in my podcast. What was very weird though was how my voice sounded in my podcast, I thought it was so different from when I speak normally!

Welcome to 5th Grade!

My fifth grade year has begun! I am most looking forward to the trip to Philadelphia. I am looking forward to that because it sounds like a very fun trip and I am going to see the Liberty Bell. I want this year to be a very good year because it is my last year at Heathcote school.

Something that I am not looking forward to is the state test. That test is really annoying! My goals for this year are to do well in everything, I especially want to do well in math and writing.

Information Book – Soccer

I have been working hard on my information book which is called “Soccer Positions”. I had to study in other books that had the same topic. I also had to edit and revise a lot. It took a long time to make my book, but it was a lot of fun too. I had to do animations, pictures, and of course lots of writing. My computer teacher and teacher helped my classmates and I make it. I had to put captions for the pictures so people like you would understand what the pictures are.  I hope you enjoy my book!
