Did you know that I used to peel my nails? It started in kindergarten, when I first saw people picking their nails. I wondered what are they doing? hey, I want to try that! Then, my mom won’t have to cut my nails! That’s where I figured out the real truth. Picking my nails was a bad idea, and my mom told me this about 3 or 4 days after I had started. I was totally fine with picking my nails and at the time, didn’t know what my nails would look like after I had really started picking my nails… My nails kept growing shorter and shorter until they were less than a centimeter long. My parents where VERY concerned about it and even took me to the doctor two or three times! One night, my parents took one look at my nails and said that I had to stop peeling my nails. I then decided that I would no longer peel my nails and would not listen to the devil in my head that controlled me into ruining my nails. (This was about 5 or 6 years into the process). I have no idea how it worked but I simply just stopped. I was the proudest girl in the world when I survived one week without peeling my nails. They kept growing and growing and growing until they were as long as this:

One of the things I like the most is music. Whenever I’m mad, music will calm me down. Whenever I feel like it, I listen to music. Sometimes I like to close my eyes and let the music take over. Now, this is what makes me dance. Since the music just flew through my whole body and made my spirits high, I dance. I sometimes even sing! This shows that my feelings are happy ones and that I am looking forward to my day. This is why I love music so much. It makes me shine. When I am mad, I just listen to the music and let myself forget everything that happened for a while. By the time I am done, I go back to the problem but this time, I think It shouldn’t be much of a big deal now, and I just walk away from the problem. This is all why I love music so much.
