Isaac Newton Biography

Isaac Newton was a english subject who loved playing outside. He was born in Woolsthorpe-by-Castleworth. One day when he was outside he felt something fall on his head. He saw that it was a apple. Isaac Newton wondered what was this mysterious force that brought the apple down on his head. Than he became obsessed with the topic. He asked his dad but he said he didn’t know. He asked his mother and she replied that she didn’t know either. Isaac Newton could not stop thinking about it. Every day and night he would think about it. After a while when he grew to a strong boy he wanted to become a scientist. But his mother urged him to become a farmer. But Isaac’s teacher convinced Isaac Newton’s mother to let Isaac Newton learn at school. At school he loved to read tons and tons of books. He got a scholarship and went to be a professor at the University of Cambridge. He did that for 16 years.

Than he started thinking about gravity again and found out the three laws of motion. When he figured out the three laws of motion he also wrote a whole book about the three laws of motion. He did this to tell the world about his force. The force he found was called gravity. This was not the only thing he did to make him famous he also got knighted for being the master of the Royal Mint in London when he had this job he created currency. He also spent most of his time in the Royal Mint in London punishing counterfeiters. He also helped create calculus, calculus is measuring the area of round shapes like a circle. He also made a telescope that could be much clearer than the telescopes they used at that time. This telescope was called the reflecting telescope and besides it being clearer and had color it also made you look farther. We still use it today and the biggest ones can make you see into space and planets. He was a very good scientist. He got named the president of the of scientist that were all really advanced. When he died he got buried in the Westminster Abbey which only saints got buried. That means he must of been a very good scientists.

The Conclusion in Newton’s life is that he accomplished a lot of stuff. Like he created three laws of motion 1-An object in motion will stay in motion until another force hits it, vice versa. 2-An object that has a unbalanced force acting on it will accelerate in that direction. 3-Every force has an equal  and opposite force acting on it. This all happened because of the apple. His discoveries made first man on the moon possible. Plus we still honor him today and we still thank him for what he has done.
