Article date February 7 2018
In this article Kim Bussing explains that North Korea and South Korea will be competing under the same flag. South Korea was opposed of the idea. In some sports they will be competing on the same team. The flag that they will be competing under has a blue picture of the Korean peninsula. The background is white. North Korea and South Korean athletes will make a combined women’s hockey team. They have used this flag for the 41 World Table Tennis championships ,two asian games. Most importantly the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin,Italy. North Korea and South Korea are technically still at war. North Korea is still a dictatorship it is been ruled by the same family for three generations. South Korea has a democracy. Also South Korea has a thriving economy.
I think North and South Korea should become one could become one country. I chose this article because I like watching the Olympics. Also because I like different cultures

I liked how you explained that North and South Korea are fighting over the same flag. At the end you even said that they are still at war, that sounds scary, and bloody. Great job! Keep up the good work.
