Dear Mom and Dad,

I want to get a phone but my parents won’t let me. All of my friends have phones so why can’t I? All of my friends tell me how much fun it is to have a phone. I should have a phone.

If I had a phone you wouldn’t have to entertain me anymore. A phone would help me get more knowledge. On my phone, I can get learning apps such as prodigy, flashnote, teach me etc. I can time myself in mad minute and I can search things in spelling that I don’t understand. I can also learn things in youtube like a cartwheel or a round-off or how to make a paper airplane.

I also will bother you less. On road trips, I could play on my phone so then I wouldn’t

annoy you as much as I would do on a road trip. Like when we were driving home from windham, I was begging to play on my mom’s phone and to eat chips. But my mom said no. That would not have happened if I had a phone. My friend Maddie said ” It is great having a phone because it makes you feel more grown up and.” and my friend Annabelle said ” If you get lost or there is an emergency then you can call your parents or 911.’’

Do you know how after homework I am bored and have nothing to do? If I have a phone I will have something to do. Don’t you want me to have something to do? I will also annoy and physically fight Layla less. Do you want me to be choked, punched, kicked, wounded, or bruised? I will pay for ¼ or ⅛ of the phone.

I really need a phone. I would get more knowledge, bother you less and I would feel safer. Well what are you waiting for? Drive to the apple store and get me a phone!
