For this week we are starting a Constitution Project for school. I rolled two dice picking the topic of what I have to do it on. I rolled “People” and “Explain Everything”. It means that I have to research any important person at that time and I have to do it in an app called Explain Everything but I did a slideshow in Google Slides because the app Explain Everything wasn’t working too well.

I have chosen to write about Benjamin Franklin because he was one of the most important founding fathers of America who helped America win its freedom and write the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. He was also a successful writer, printer, scientist, politician, and diplomat. I also wanted to challenge myself with a lot of writing. I always picture Ben Franklin as a person who excelled in two different areas: as a scientist who made a lot of inventions and a Framer who helped Colonial America. Here is my Constitution project.
