I walked around my house and found a couple of these materials. Paper, tape, rubber bands, sticks, leaves, bricks, golf balls

for tools I found pencil and raser,  scissors. With these items I could probably make a little house for small creatures.

For the first week of not going to school it was very boring and not fun. I’ve been spending more time with my family and have been doing creative stuff like drawing. Overall I miss my friends and I am very bored and home

My feelings towards this whole situation is that I feel bad for the people who suffer from the corona virus. Doing social distancing is kinda of boring and it’s hard to do the online school.

I screwed a screw in a block of wood with a screwdriver. I found it easy to screw the screw in. I found it hard because it took a lot time to screw the screw in and I also had to press on screwdriver when I was screwing the screw in. There were different screw drivers, some were able to screw in small screws and others were able to screw in bigger screw. Some of the woods were different colors and some were in bigger chunks or smaller chunks. I felt it was easier to screw in the screws instead of taking it out because when you’re taking out it takes a long time.

Recently in China there’s an outbreak called the coronavirus it has infected 2700 people and killed at least 81. They found that the outbreak has been started in Wuhan China. They think the Virus may have come from Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market. They also think that the virus may have come from the web market which has live animals for sale and the virus came from animals. In the midst of the outbreak china has been canceling flights out of the country and schools will be postponed to China. The youngest person to get the virus is nine months old.In the city of Wuhan there have band private cars in the cities building to hospital one with 1500 bags and another with just 1000 beds. inclusion Wuhan has been the center of the virus and they found that the virus came from animals.

My opinion on the virus is that I think it’s pretty bad and I think Wuhan should be quarantined for a little while, so the virus could stop spreading outside of China. I also think that the virus may come from a certain animal and that we should ban the animal to be sold. I still don’t understand the disease and how it works, so I don’t understand why people are dying of it. I think it’s horrible that a lot of people are dying of it and we still don’t have a vaccine. Although right now a lot of people are sick, I think in the future we will find the cause of it and find a treatment.

Yesterday we watched a video about how to make automata and the steps to make one. We learned that you should first make a diagram.

These couple of weeks, we been trying to make flashlights. first you had to make a diagram, then you get wires and batteries to make a circuit. Next you’d solder your circuit together, then you’d start making your flashlight part. When you done with making your flashlight parts you’d put the parts together and inside of the flashlight would be the circuit. Finally you would color the now finished flashlight.

A couple days ago Mr.calvert told us we had to make underwater. So yesterday we made the diagram of the flashlight and today I’m diagramming the circuit inside the flashlight

Last week, we played a fun game with our switches. You had to connect your switch to these small circuits with lights and you had to make the lights light up. You’d also had to flip cards, like if you had 1 red card then you’d press the left switch to light up. It’s the same with you flip a red card on the right, but if you flip 2 red cards you’d push the middle switch. In Conclusion it was a fun game

On Wednesday in tech we made bread boards, which wasn’t too bad. First you had to put in a lights. We had to put one wire in the positive side and the other on the negative side. Then we have to repeat that, just with wires to make the lights, glow.
