During my research so far, I haven’t really found a straight answer for my research question, “Why was the Freedom of Speech created in the Bill of Rights, but not specifically listed in the preamble of the Constitution?”
I have found, however, a lot of information about the freedom of speech I didn’t know before I started my research.
