In class we started a new project called Capstone. Capstone is a project where we choose a topic a do research on it. We pick a main question then we do our research based off of that. We do this for about two months, we do this mostly in school.
When we first thought about capstone I had a few different topics. First I wanted to do McDonald’s and is the food actually really bad for you. I also thought it would be a topic that would be fun to research about for two months. Then I decided that McDonald’s was not a good topic for capstone so I changed my topic. I decided to change my topic to Netflix because that would also be a fun topic and it is something I use almost everyday and I think that is very interesting. Then again I decided that this would not be a good topic for me, one because it would be really hard to find an interview, two because after a while it could get a little boring towards the end. Then finally my mom helped me come up with this idea I chose Apple Inc. I thought this would be a good topic because I have four apple devices and I use my phone (which is Apple) everyday. Also this project can be really fun. So I chose Apple Inc. and made my question which is “How did Apple’s products improve peoples everyday life from when they did not have Apple (mostly iPhones) to now?” I really liked this question and I think I can make a good capstone off of this question.
