Hello guys.

The whole fifth grade has started a project called,”Capstone.” For the ones who do not know what Capstone is, Capstone is a project where you get to choose a topic, and you research on it, and the whole project takes about six weeks. My topic is hockey. I chose it because I love hockey, and it is my favorite sport. Though I know a lot about hockey already, I want to know more about the little information, and hockey back then since I was not alive back then. I feel like it is very interesting to know about how hockey is in the old times, and the present time, so that I can compare how much it has changed. Also, if I get to know more about hockey, that way I will get to understand more and more about it. Also, there is a Capstone museum where the whole fifth grade goes to different rooms to set up their Capstone project on the table. Then, there are other grades who comes, and asks questions, or come by and look at your project. There is also a time where our parents will come around, and look around at people’s work. That is on June 8th from 5:30-6:30. Also, during the research, you also have to do an interview, and a site visit. When you do an interview, you have to email, call, or text a person that knows a lot about your topic, or for mine, I am emailing a person who is a retired NHL player. For the site visit,  I am visiting MSG which stands for Madison Square Garden.

Hi guys. This week, we worked on our PSA project and published them! In case you did not know what a PSA is, a PSA (which stands for Public Service Announcement) is where we pick a human right and work on the topic you choose. Of course you have to do reseach, and that is the worst part about it. But, once you are done with the research, you go to the storyboard where you plan your stuff out. When you finish that, we go onto the wevideo where we do our actual reasearch.

There will probably be a snow day tomorrow, and I am pretty sure everyone is so excited for it. I am so excited too because I get to just relax, and play in the snow. For those who have home work, which I think everyone does, you should do it all today so that tomorrow, you don’t have to do your homework while everyone is playing. That is the reason why I am going to try to finish everything today.

Hi everyone! not all of you know, but I LOVE PLAYING SPORTS! One main sport I play is Hockey. For those who love the Steelers, well, Patriots are definitely playing against the Steelers. It’s going to be Patriots V.S. Steelers at the end.
