Hi! Welcome back to Samara’s World. Today and again I’m going to talk about capstone. For capstone you need a topic and a main question with sub questions.

Main question is, How has the design and function of assistive technology changed over time?

My answer, Alexander Graham Bell was thinking about creating a hearing aid because his wife lost her hearing. It was really sad for him so he tried to create one, but he falled. So he tried and tried, and gave up. One of his friends heard Ludwig Van, heard about his struggle and made the first hearing device the audio bone. Alexander got so amazed that he tried again and he made the first portable hearing aid. That was a long time ago in 1870s. Now hearing aids and FM monitor are so high tech.
