David wants to buy four basketballs. He only has $55. Each basketball is $18. How much more money does he need?

  1. My answer to this problem is $17. I got my answer by first doing 18 x 4. I did this because I needed to find out how much the basketballs costed all together. Then I tried to figure out how much he needed. So I did 72-55 and the difference is 17. That is how I got my answer.
