  1. If there were no laws and government people would do whatever they want and people would have the right to do bad stuff like kill people, rob people and do drugs. I think there should be laws

  2. If there were no laws and government people would do whatever they want and people would have the right to do bad stuff like kill people, rob people and do drugs. I think there should be laws for people.

  3. 5. I think that we will be a very poor town and not a lot of people. Why I think that we will be poor is because robbers might start robbing places because there will be no rule that we can’t rob. I think we won’t have a lot of people because murders might start killing people because they won’t get arrested for it.

  4. 1. I think someone who is physically and mentally stronger than you, can try and be a dictator.

    2. I think you wouldn’t have rights because it would be a total free for all and when some guy got mad he would kill someone.
    3. People who are smarter or physically stronger than you can try and be a dictator or they will be like the villains of the town and threaten to kill for money.
    4. They would probably form a government to try and stop the “gangs” and try to make their land not a state of nature.
    5. Life will be like a war zone where people are dying everyday. From diseases, because there is no funding and because of the gangs. It will be hard.

  5. 1. No, you wouldn’t, everyone would be considered equal now that doesn’t really mean anything if you don’t have the right to govern someone if there are no government so there is nothing protecting your rights, so you can do anything. So you wouldn’t have the right, but that wouldn’t really matter.

    2. No, there would be no rights, like I said in the above response, if there is no government there is no one to protect your rights. So even if you did have rights there would be nothing wrong if people took ignored those rights so it would be pointless to have rights.

    3. The stronger and smarter people would try to take control, like a dictator, because if there are no rights there is nothing wrong if someone takes control of everyone.

    4. The weaker and less smart ones would be put under control and be ruled by the smarter ones, perhaps they would start a rebellion, but again, they are weaker and less smart.

    5. In a state of nature nobody would be safe and you wouldn’t be able to trust anybody. As there is no government and no punishment for crimes, if they’re even considered crimes if there is no government.

  6. 1. No, it’s not fair if anyone can “govern” you, because they might do it unfairly. Or you shouldn’t be allowed to force others to do it.
    2. No, if no one can govern you, they can’t give you rights.
    3. Smarter people might convince others to either work for them, or make a fair government, but stronger people would probably just bully others into doing everything for them.
    4. Weaker people might end up being slaves, banning together, or becoming friends with the smarter/stronger ones so they can protect them.
    5. It would be like a war zone, because they might try to fight for power.

  7. 1. People would have the right to govern me of I would have the right to govern them because then there would be no rules and everything would be al crazy.

  8. 1.It depends, do the people want you or somebody else to help and govern them?
2.Yes, you would have rights, maybe not as many, if it was in the state of nature you would have the right to be free and be happy.
    3. Maybe they would try to take over or have power.
    4. They might not do anything, they could just listen.
    5. Life would be very different for everybody, I don’t think there would be any stores and money or things like that.

  9. 1. No one else would have the right to govern me because the people of the government are the ones that get to govern you because people voted for them.
    2. I wouldn’t have any rights because there is nobody in the government to make those rights and protect those rights.
    3. I think that the people that are smarter than others would try to be the one in charge because they might say that they are the most important ones because they are the smartest. I think that the people that are stronger than others would also try to be in charge because they would try to fight the smartest ones and the people that they want to be in charge of. Therefore forcing the people to allow him to let him be the one in charge.
    4. I think that the people that aren’t better than others mentally or physically wouldn’t do anything because they have no advantage in any way.
    5. I think that life would be dangerous because you could kill somebody just for the fun of it and there would be no punishment.

  10. 1. It depends. If they govern me fairly or for good reasons, I think maybe, but if they do it for unfair reasons, then NO!!

    2. If there is no government, things will change a lot. Governments protect your rights, so if there is no government, there is sadly no one to protect your rights, but there’s no one to take your rights away from you, either.

    3. They might try to take over and violate your rights since they are smarter and stronger.

    4. They might try to run away, or desprately try to reason with the smart and strong people.

    5. Then there’s no one to tell you what to do, which is VERY VERY SUPER DUPER wrong. If there is no one to tell you what to do, then you can do ANYTHING, even things that are really wrong, like killing people. Plus, it might sound good to not have rights and laws, but just imagine a world without it! Everyone’s life could be put in danger, and even the people who are smart and strong might take advantage of the fact that there’s no government and try to take over and run the place their own way.

  11. 2. Yes, we would have rights. And some of the rights would be: the right to life, the right to happiness, the right to freedom, the right to religion, and the right to education.

  12. 1. No one would have the right to govern me because there are no government. Also it would not be fair to people who are being governed because there is no government.

    2. I think everyone would have rights because there is no govenment so there is no one to tell us what to do or what rights we can or cant have.

    3. people who are smarter and stronger will have more power so they can take away your rights.

    4. People who are less strong and less smart than there rights would be taken away.

    5. Everyone would be able to do what ever they want, rather it is a good or bad thing.

  13. 1. I think nobody should be forced to do some exact thing, that is slavery. There should be several obvious laws. For example, no aiming weapons at someone, and everybody that has enough money can own property.

    2. Everybody should have rights, and everybody should be treated fairly. They should be able to have natural rights like the right to life and liberty.

    3. Some stronger people might break the natural rights of other people. They should not be allowed to do this. They should get a punishment.

    4. They should live freely without fear. If there is a problem they can find supporters to go against the stronger ones. 1,000 is better than 1.

    5. We should not break the natural rights of other people. I think there may also be a dictator taking control. He / She can say that there is not a law you can’t convince people. There are no laws! Then they will get full control, and possibly change people’s natural rights.

  14. 1. No one should be able to govern me because there is no government. I would not be able to govern anyone because it would not be fair to others.

    2. I would have the right to life and I think that should be the only right because there is no government.

    3. Stronger people would try to rule and weaker people would not be able to do anything against that.

    2. I can govern some one because there is no government but also that means some one can govern you as well. Because there is no government, no rights, and no law.
