Mrs.More interview!

Yesterday Mrs.More came to our class to share with us her adventures to save the elephants lives from ileagal poachers. When i entered technology yesterday Mrs.More was sat and ready with her precious jewels and stones. For the first minute of class we meditated, which she says helps her consentrate for a very long time when working with precious stones and jewels. Her main purpose for her visit was to show us an alternative material for ivory. She showed us a special nut which only grows in tropical climates like eqador and Peru 🇵🇪. This nut is called the ‘tagwa’ nut and it has almost the identical characteristics ivory does shown by a chart. She handed out her jewels for us to examine and pass around. At the end of the class we talked about how we as kids could make a difference in the world and we all shared our ideas of how we were going to do it. I got fascinated by her story to save the elephants so I decided to make it my duty to save the white tigers and rhinos, because they are both endangered and domesticated by humans.

This is the tagwa nut before pealing it and using the nice white material inside.
