The Big Arguement

(This is a true story)

Even though I don’t personally remember this story myself since I was so young then my mom told me this story a million times:

When I was about 7 months old my mom one day went out of the house to do something and my brother was at school and my dad was at work, so I was home alone with my nanny and with the maid that comes in and cleans the house. Even though I was 7 months old, I had this true skill where my mom or my nanny would flip a book upside down and I would recognize that something was wrong and the miracle was that I would flip the book back up and they where both particularly proud of that.

So my nanny was bragging to the maid about the trick but the maid didn’t believe her and since both of them where so determined that they were right they even bet about it. So my nanny propped me up on the bed (since I couldn’t even fully sit yet) and she gave me one of those tiny books filled with nursery rhymes. She flipped it upside down and I immediately flipped the book back to the right way. But still, the maid wasn’t impressed. So my nanny flipped the book upside down again and I still flipped the book back to the right way, and she kept flipping it upside down and  I kept on flipping it to the right way so the maid finally gave up and I can literally picture this smug look on my nanny’s face when my mom talks about it.

And you may be asking “How does your mother know? She wasn’t even in the house when this happened” well the thing was when my mom came back home my nanny told my mom the whole entire story and they were both cracking up. And every time my mom talks about this story I can’t help but crack up too. So this is why I’m so eager to learn more about the things that happened when I was a baby, its because I don’t want to not know about any happy or hilarious moment in my life because that would just be wrong. So bye and thanks for reading this!
