Capstone Reflection #2

Hello my class is doing capstone and we are on the faze of interviewing someone to learn some more info on your subject. My subject is World war 2 was cool listening to a expert on your subject and she provided me with some important information let me tell you more about my interview.

At first when I learned about how we have to do an interview I was thinking I was going to interview a historian or a high school teacher but when I found out the challenges of getting an interview  with a historian I looked at the high school teacher page with the help of Mrs Cooper. I found a teacher that teaches social studies called Mrs Harris. She had her phone number, email and her office location. I was so happy that I found m a person to interview and I straight away emailed her and she respawned an hour later Saying that she would be happy for me to interview. This was not that challenging because I found my interview in 3 days. Once I got the interview scheduled I started working on my questions. I added three of my sub questions and questions that related to my sub questions. I think this was kind of challenging because you had to find out some things about your sub questions before you answer it. Mrs Cooper checked my questions over and made some changes and we sent it to Mrs Harris.

We scheduled a meeting for Wednesday at 4:00pm on zoom. When it was time I got my things ready and when we got on zoom I asked permission to record the interview and she said yes the thing that did not go as expected is there were some technical issues and the zoom crashed so I had to call on my phone and record with my moms phone. The interview went longer than expected because she gave me very detailed and lengthy explanations.something new I learned from the interview was that the reason why Hitler invaded Czechoslovakia, Austria and Poland was because there were a lot of ethnic Germans living there.

I hope you learned the struggles and fun things about capstone from this blog post and have a good day.
