The most recent puzzle I did was from the functions one. It was called Slotted Stairways. In I tI had to make a function for each row I had to do. What was challenging was making the function do exactly what I needed it to do.
I liked Aidan’s music video because you could see that work he put into it.
I liked how the characters matched the music in the background and the vibe.
I also liked the animation that he did.
I liked the music because it was very upbeat and happy.

In this level I had to find the shortest route, it was not to difficult for me because to me this was simple. You just have to find the shortest way to get somewhere.
I like how in Tynker it teaches you exactly what to do and demonstrates as well. I liked doing the comic story lesson because I got to make my own comic.
What I did in my all about me project is I put a character who looks similar to me and I had different actors pop up saying some things about me.
What I found interesting is how Frederico uses computer science for a really good cause. He uses it for an organization called Missing & Exploited Children. He uses Computer Science to Find missing children. It makes me feel that some people will hack images for good while some people will hack images for bad. I can see why Frederico feels os strongly about the organization.
Vacations Basics!

Do you want me to tell you how to rock a vacation well you will soon become a vacation pro and will love and be relaxing!
LETS GET TO IT!
VACATION TIME !!!!!!!! Do you need a break and you want to relax? Well if yes then here is a book for you! To start, here is some basics for VACATIONS! Here is a way to know how excited you should be to go on vacation and I honestly would never miss a chance to go on vacation! Here is the example : I was sitting at the breakfast table bored until suddenly I heard the greatest words ever! “Do you want to come to Israel with me in 3 weeks for 5 days?” said my dad! “ of course!” why would I miss another chance to go to Israel! You should always be excited to go on vacation! Here is a story of part of a vacation: “Soooooo boring” I whined “how much longer?!?!?” suddenly”WE ARE HERE!!” “YAY” we all said! We have been in the car for 2 hours! Finally we were at Rocking Horse Ranch! The next day I YELLED “PONIES!!!!” so my mom took me to the ponies because I was a year younger than I had to be to ride the horses on the trail! That is another story of a vacation! Vacations are fun and relaxing! You can go to many places such as Israel,Club Med, Mami,Rocking Horse Ranch, and much more! To get places you might have to take a plane,car, or even a cruise ship! To go on a plane you have to go to an airport and go through security to make sure you don’t have water/liquid or anything sharp! On the plane you can play and watch things! Car trips are really boring so don’t choose a car trip! Last but not least a cruise ship is a great way to travel and trust me I know i’ve had experience! When the ship moves you don’t really feel a thing but if you are on top deck that has no roof careful when the ship leaves a city or starts moving the horn will blow really loud and i’ve heard it up close! OUCH! Cruise ships have so many levels/decks and you can get lost and you have to sleep near the bottom of the ship!

The truth is I have no clue because I have no clue where you are going so how can i help and explain this chapter?!?!?!?!?!? Anyway on vacation you can do many things, such as: Swimming,Going to the beach, Exploring,Visit somewhere, Play at your hotel, And much more! You can also go eat with your family at a restaurant!

Guess what? It is now…..VACATION TIME! Vacation time is a time where you get to have a break of school and have a world full of fun! You are going to be allowed to do WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO!!! This is the last step to go to have a good vacation! You now have to choose what you need depending how long you are going! Next you have to pick things you want and that you can fit! Lastly you have to plan when to leave and all! Time to leave this and go to the last but not least chapter! Bye!

Maglev Trains

A maglev train is a train that floats above the track! It is held up by magnets that repel which means that you need to use that same magnet poles such as North and South pole. My group came up with our design by voting for each other’s design and combining designs.
To make our design work we needed to start by getting our materials which for us is strip magnets and ring magnets For both the train and the track. We layered the strip magnets on the track so it would be 2 layers so it can be stronger. It started to work but then it could not work because the layers of masking tape made it harder to levitate above the track.
To improve our train we flipped magnets around switched from disc magnets to ring magnets, we also fixed a problem that our strip magnets had by flipping magnets. We also tried to add marbles to be “people” or a weight. My group was able to put 13 marbles!
We also used the engineering design process for our train and the steps were ask,imagine,plan,create,improve. All those steps we used to make it work. It helped because we need to know how it works to be like real transportation engineers. I helped a lot and it will help even more if we make another Maglev Train
