Today I am going to talk about a really cool thing if you like cars.Ford Motors has decided to invest $500 million in a new start up electric car company called Rivian.They are based in Michigan and plan to start producing trucks by end of next year.Amazon is also investing in this company. The rivian is now rivals with Tesla.Ford is looking forward to this partnership because their sales have been down dramatically.This is also a great thing for ford as electric cars are an introduction to a new type of car in this industry.the auto industry is under pressure to develop the best technology and combining ford and rivian will allow for that.they want to make self driving cars.Rivian, which was founded in 2009 by R. J. Scaringe, an M.I.T.-trained engineer, introduced its truck and S.U.V. in public in November. So that is all about the Ford VS Tesla matchup see you later
