Using Google’s Chrome browser is the #1 recommendation for any work associated with @scarsdaleschools.org users.
Staff and Students within Scarsdale Schools all have Google accounts. These Google accounts end in @scarsdaleschools.org and have similar features and functions as a standard @gmail.com Google account, but are managed by Scarsdale Schools and have limitations, as well as features, not associated with standard Google accounts.
Why does this matter?
First, we are a Google district so using Google’s browser will best integrate with everything we do, and eliminate, or mitigate, most problems that could potentially arise.
Second, if you are sharing a device with any other Google user, especially at home, you’ll want to keep all the Google accounts separate. You’ll want to use Chrome as tour browser the the People feature to ensure everything stays separate.
