We have started learning about cranks and what they do. It is a part of an axle bent at right angles. We have also started building one. We had to cut out, fold and glue all the different parts. Since it is a crank we have had to bend all the parts in wonky and odd ways. There is one big square with a bunch of parts bent and glued, and then attached to two circles on both sides.
