Soldering is fun. You can use it to fix wires, to complete circuits, and (what we did in class) make solder people! We first bend a copper wire into a circle using a wooden dowel, which formed the head. Then we twisted the excess wire two times around each other, which formed the neck. Next, we got a shorter piece of wire and twisted it into the shape of arms we wanted. Then comes the soldering. Mr. Calvert showed us how to solder, and then we tried it ourselves. I learned a lot from that experience and I will not forget it.
