ALBANIA – SAM Z

Have you ever wondered about Albania’s cultural universals? Well I did a project all about it. This project took me one month. I did three weeks of research and one week of work on Adobe Spark Video. On Adobe Spark Video, first I made a Google doc and I planned it. Then when I  was done I got the pictures for the slides and put them on Adobe Spark Video. When I was done I started to record the script on each slide. I hope you learn a lot about Albania from my project and I hope you go to Albania!

I believe all classrooms should have more air-conditioning. In my opinion piece I shared my reasons which are kids sweat so much because it is so hot and students complain and they can’t work.

In my project, I created screencastify that shared my opinion piece. It was a fun project but it was a bit challenging. I liked sharing my opinion so more people could see my opinion. What was hard was keeping up with the words when we were doing screencastify. I hope you watch my slideshow and agree that heathcote need air-conditioning!

Let’s Go Mets!

Wahoo! I jumped out of  bed and screamed. “Today is the Mets game!”

My mom said, “Get dressed Jordan is coming”.

Then, the doorbell rang. I ran downstairs and I got in Jordan’s car.

It was a long drive. We were talking about it the whole ride it was going to be so fun.

We got to the baseball game and ran inside with all our speed. We jogged to the elevator and to our suite.

Then, we heard someone chanting outside. We went out of the suite and saw our friends. We went up to them and we said Hi!

They were screaming, “Let’s go Mets, let’s go Mets, let’s go Mets.”

David Wright was on deck. He put the donut on his bat and practiced. Then he went to home plate. The pitcher was ready, the pitch, strike one “boo”.  He pitched it, strike two “boo”. One more strike he was out.The pitch, he got ready and he hit the ball! It was going to the back of the stadium and it was still high in the air.

Everyone chanted,  “home run”! He ran all the bases and we were screaming at the top of our lungs.

Then someone knocked on the door. The candy cart was there and we all got so much candy like cotton candy, sour patch, skittles, ice cream, cookies, we said, “thank you” and ate all of it then we all got a stomach aches, but the candy was so good it was worth it.
