Hello! So far, my project is going pretty well. I’m very happy because tomorrow, I’m having an interview with my uncle who is a private chef. Today, I will start thinking and jotting down some questions for my interviewee.

Some resources that I’m finding helpful are actually articles about random foods,  vegetables, or spices. For example, I found and article on corn, and it had some information about masa, which is a kind of dough used to make tortillas, tamales, and sopes.
