I have made it so far that I could start working on my final Ted-Talk! This was a long prosses, but it helped me understand how to put all my findings into a presentation.
First, I had to come up with a script for my Ted-Talk. This was one of the hardest parts, and once I finished the script, I still had to make changes. After I completed the script, I had to choose which pictures I was going to use. This was relatively easy at first, but when I actually started my slides, I had to make many changes to the pictures and the script. The hardest part of the slides was getting it short enough.
The Ted-Talk had to be 5-6 minutes long, but mine was 12 minutes long! This was a big problem, so I had to work extra. My mom and I stayed up till 10:00 sometimes, just to find some things we could trim. After a long time, we trimmed it down to 7 minutes. I still have to do some trimming.
Another challenge I faced was memorizing my script. This was hard because I was constantly changing my script. After a lot of practice, I managed to memorize most of it. Now, I have all the main points memorized, so I talk about the same thing but in different words.
Working on my Ted-Talk taught me that if you work hard, you can accomplish great things.
