Recipe: Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:        

2 cups all purpose flour

2 cups of sugar

¾ cups of unsweetened cocoa powder

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon espresso powder

1 cup of milk

½ cups of vegetable oil

2 eggs

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

1 cup of boiling water

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Put dry ingredients in a stand mixer. Add wet ingredients in stand mixer and reduce speed. Carefully add boiling water. Beat at highest speed for 1 minute to add air to the batter. Bake 30-35 minutes.
