It was a cold chilly night when me, my dad and about a million other people were walking through Penn Station. But about only 1,000 of them were going to the hockey game between the Canadiens and the Rangers. The other 999,000 were traveling for Thanksgiving. When I saw MSG [ Madison Square Garden] I saw that it was a beautiful place. It was a giant cylinder with TV’s all around it, so people who were walking by could see what was happening. Here are some facts from the game that night.

  1. The Canadiens beat the Rangers 5 -1.
  2. It was the last game Cary Price, their goalie ever played until next season.

I hope you got to see that game.
