That was so twisted. Benyomin’s alive! I’m so happy and so relived. I am also so glad that the ma didn’t let the man take Fivel, and I am surprised that the man even came back. Those were two very good chapters.
Chapter 14 -15
I was so surprised that Benyomin was alive in chapter 14 because I thought he was dead. Then in chapter 15 I was also surprised because the man who wanted to take Fivel came back so I was wondering if Ma called for him but she actually threw the paper that the man gave her into the fire place.
I think that something bad is going to happen. Either the Cossack are going to come back or something is going to happen to the food that Fivel’s family has. I think they are going to come close to starving but Beryl is not going to let them starve. I can tell that something bad is about to happen as we progress into the story. I also think that Beryl’s character is going to play a bigger part as the story goes on.
Sachin, I feel like Fivel would feel really guilty and think about the “One less mouth too feed” thing again and he’d think about the fact that Benyomin was the one less mouth too feed, overall Fivel would just feel guilty and ashamed.
I don’t know why is that men wants to help Fivel and his family, can’t he just give his family money to move out of Poland and to some other safer place?
I am happy that Benyomin is still alive but I think that the cossacks will come back. Benyomin was super lucky to survive the cossacks since the cossacks could kill any child they wanted to. I am wondering if anything else bad will happen again and I am noticing that the rich man seems like he really wants Fivel for some reason.
