I was playing Pictionary a board game with my sister. My eyes were focused on the game. My hands moved back and forth. My brain was thinking so hard. I leaned over so l can see where l am. I had to make a lot of choices. I had to move nine more times to win.I rolled a one it was disappointing. Then I drew a person. My sister was about to draw something. I was about to guess what she drew. I thought she drew an apple so I said apple and it was correct. I was so happy that I didn’t get it wrong. I had to roll a few more times. I thought I was going to win.
I was almost at the finish line. I had to draw a pencil. My hand moved up and down. My sister was a few spaces closer to the finish line. I was scared that I was gonna lose. Finally I had to draw one more thing. I looked at one of the cards to see what to draw. I had to draw a house. The house looked like a huge circle. I tried to make it look more like a house.
Nobody guessed what I drew. I got to roll again and I got a six. I moved my character and I got to the finish line.
When I crossed the finish line I was jumping up and down. I was so happy that I won the game.
My sister said “good game” to me. We went upstairs to get a snack. Before we went upstairs we put the game back in the box.
This is amazing, Jaden! I love how you wrote what you did such as”My eyes were focused on the game”!
