Fitness and Nutrition

During this long break, I have been exercising almost every day because I want to get my body healthier. I have been trying to eat healthier because that can also get me healthier. My parents also workout so I workout next to them, and I have a notebook with exercises that are good for me and I do all of the exercises for 2 – 5 hours. Some mornings I make eggs for my family and I, But other days I have blueberry yoghurt. I think it is going well for me so far. Thank you for reading my blog post!
