My second quarter just started. My quarterly is Technology and I am very excited. Before we make stuff though, we have to learn about all the rules to keep us safe. The most important ones are, “Think before you act”, “Walk, don’t run”, and “Never leave tools unattended”. Mr. Calvert shared with us about what happened to previous kids in Tech, when they didn’t pay attention to the rules. We also watched a video where someone got a power drill stuck in his hair. His hair was long and he should’ve tied his hair. So that’s why another rule in Tech is to always tie your hair. Mr. Calvert has rubber bands near the door if someone didn’t bring a rubber band.
If you want to have fun in Tech, than it is imperative that we follow the rules. These are all the rules that we have to follow:
